Dress requirements vary by class for safety, comfort, and proper technique. Please review the handbook before your first class, especially for aerial lessons.

Secure hair away from the face. Aerial students should wear a leotard and leggings covering the knees, without jewelry, zippers, or embellishments that could catch the fabric. Dance shoe requirements differ by style and age.

Review these studio terms before registering. Your registration agreement provides the full terms for your enrollment.
Payments & registration
Tuition is due on the first of each month. Cash, check, and credit or debit cards are accepted. Registration is $30 per student or $40 per family, once annually and nonrefundable. The first month’s tuition is due at registration to hold a place. A $10 late fee applies after the 10th and an additional $5 after the 15th. Students with accounts 60 days past due cannot participate until the balance is resolved. Contact the studio to discuss payment options.
Discounts & class fees
Dance tuition is based on total weekly dance hours. Each additional child receives 10% off dance tuition. Aerial, acro, and private lessons are billed separately without the dance-hour discount.
Recital & costumes
A $30 costume deposit is due for each recital class on October 30, with the remaining costume balance due November 30. Costume prices vary, sizes are not custom, and families are responsible for alterations. Accounts must be current before costume orders; late orders may incur additional shipping and may not arrive in time.
Absences, weather & makeups
Tuition is the same each month regardless of holidays, vacations, illness, snow days, or the number of class meetings; missed classes do not receive refunds or credits. Makeups may be arranged within four weeks in a comparable class with a teacher’s guidance. The studio follows Timberlane School District for weather decisions but confirms cancellations by email or text.
Arrival, placement & safety
Students should be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before class and collected promptly afterward. School bus drop-offs are not permitted without a parent or guardian there to receive the student. Please keep an emergency contact on file. Placement considers age, ability, and experience; some classes require prerequisites or instructor permission. Classes with fewer than five students may be canceled, with a comparable class recommended.
Classroom & waiting area
Students and families are expected to respect teachers and classmates. Students more than 15 minutes late observe class. Please keep conversations and language appropriate for children, and voices low in the shared waiting area. Keep valuables at home; the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Photography & choreography
The studio may take photos or videos for its website, social channels, and marketing. Do not record or post choreography without prior permission from the instructor.
